Arsenal’s Premier League title win for the 2025-26 season brought the club approximately £198.7 million in prize money, comfortably surpassing Manchester City’s previous single-season record of £176.2 million set in 2022-23, according to prize money calculations based on final league standings and broadcast appearances.

The gap between finishing positions widened to a record roughly £3.76 million per place that season, meaning the difference between champions and runners-up alone ran into tens of millions of pounds. Facility fees for televised matches added a further layer to the payouts: several clubs including Aston Villa, Manchester United and Nottingham Forest each had 34 matches shown live in the UK, netting between £18.4 million and £23.9 million on top of their merit-based prize money.
