Inspired to go vegan by their daughters, this husband and wife team have created a small cult following at their Concord, New Hampshire restaurant and even secured the title of ‘Best Carrot Cake Ever’ by VegNews magazine.
The Café Indigo booth featured, not only their famous carrot cake, but also a mouth-watering chocolate cake and two different entrees made with homemade seitan. Long story short, it was love at first bite and we are super excited to give them a spot on our list.
